CLOSED - Security Cameras Solicitation 2021-01

Fairfield County Disabilities and Special Needs Board has a desire to aid our staff and residents to make them feel more secure and free from false charges. We have a desire to expand our security camera system into 10 additional houses and our Adult Day Program. 


We are estimating that we will need around 120 cameras split up among all 11 locations.

CLOSED - Dodge 2500 Tradesman Crew Cab 2021-03

Fairfield County Disabilities and Special Needs Board has a need for a truck for our maintenance personnel. We are looking for a Dodge 2500 Tradseman Crew cab, with an 8 ft bed. This vehicle listed on state contract are unavailable and can be located here. Info requested on available trucks new or used with low miles and in great condition. We are looking to put a utility bed on the truck, any information regarding that will be appreciated as well, but not necessary.


CLOSED - Telehealth Equipment Solicitation 2021-02

Fairfield County Disabilities and Special Needs Board has a need for a telemedicine solution to assist our staff with making decisions on potential Emergency Room and doctor visits. The residents who live in our homes have intellectual and physical disabilities, many who have concerns with leaving their home environment. We are looking for video conferencing equipment with capabilities that allow us to speak to doctors and nurses without leaving our homes, which also has the ability to take some vitals, such as temperature and pulse, as well as making the transition from home to the Emergency Room, if needed, as seamless as possible.


Any resulting contract for a monthly access subscription will be for a term of one (1) year. The estimated period of the first contract term is:  July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
